Great Location

Great location!!! Lots of shops and restaurants on the same street. Just minutes walk to the nearest tourist attractions. There is no elevator so you would have to bring up your luggage upstairs. Overall really great experience, the host was very helpful and answered emails right away. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence.

오래 묵고 싶은 곳

SMN역에서 걸어서 15분 정도. 충분히 걸을 수 있어요. 미리 보내 준 메일로 열쇠도 잘 찾고 집에 관한 정보도 잘 받았어요. 엘리베이터가 없어서 약 3층 정도의 높이로 가방 들고 오르는게 곤역이였지만 그거 빼고는 흠 잡을 데가 없네요. 가정집 처럼 아늑하고 주위에 대형 마트도 있고 버스 정류장도 있고 식당이랑 예쁜 북샵도 있고 걸어서 왠만한 곳은 다 갈 수 있어요.

What a cracking find and when I go back to Florence will look to rebook. Its exactly as described and the same as the pics. Great restaurant downstairs and next door,. Also a great takeaway pizza place a few doors up. 10 to 15 min walk to city centre, so very convenient. One downer if driving, the garage San Frediano was €35 a night, although close buy this was a bit expensive and not bookable online, I would either travel here by train or try another garage.

A jewel in Florence. The apartment is well kept, very clean, spacious, has a cool design and is conveniently located. From there you can walk to most attractions in the city, and to many restaurants and little shops within blocks. Check in was smooth and informative. One thing to keep in mind is the two flights of stairs going up, if you are carrying heavy luggage. Otherwise we highly recommend this place.

Spacious and cool

Perfect apartment for a family of 5 with teenagers. We each had our space: loft with 2 beds, small single bedroom, and huge master bedroom. Large farmhouse table for meals. Cold air conditioning with 4 units. Hot shower. Washing machine and a drying line outside the window plus a drying rack. Really cool decor with exposed wood beams and actual art on the walls. Very comfortable, luxurious beds and bedding. Wifi worked well. All exactly as advertised. Be prepared to walk up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. We walked each day to the main tourist areas but then enjoyed the quiet, local neighborhood in the evenings. There are 3 great restaurants literally steps from the apartment door, a grocery store 5 minutes walk, and a breakfast cafe on the corner. Only a 10 minute peaceful walk to the Vecchio bridge which is the edge of the tourist chaos. Our favorite apartment of our 2.5 week Italy trip! Check-in was at a different location but this was quick and on the way from the train station, so not out of the way at all. We walked from the train station pulling our suitcases.
