Property is old but clean. Kitchen sink and countertops were newly replaced. It is a block away from the train station and the restaurants. It is within reasonable walking distance to the Cathedral and attractions.

We spent 5 days at this property. The location is great, very close to the train station and walking distance to all the main attractions. As Italian apartments go, this is very spacious and comfortable even for a large family like ours (6 people). Also, we were pleasantly surprised with how well the AC worked, after having read some of the other reviews. Importantly, the owner is very kind and responsive and is fluent in English. We would definitely stay here again.

Wish there was screens on the windows. Would be much better if the temperature of the apartment was not set at 74, does not allow lower AC. Elevator is old, slow and small. Needs a dish to use for salad otherwise use a pot to prepare it!!!!

Great location & clean appt

The appartment was very clean especially the 2 toilets renovated & shining. Old appt but Very comfortable. Great location. You re facing the cathedral & station. Just walk around with supermarket next building & all cafes & shopping. Nicolas was very helpful & responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

A/C is limited to 24c, so it never really cools down in summer. We paid 70€ for “cleaning” and 12€ tax and the book on the table threatened another 30€ if we didn’t wash the dishes and take the trash out. On the phone they said the cleaning threat was not real.

The apartment was clean. We were given a detailed tour of the apartment and how to use everything. We were only 5 minutes from the train station and only 10 from eatily. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone with or without kids

위치가 좋은 유럽식 아파트

기차역 근처라 이동이 편리했고 시내중심지나 맛집들도 15-20분이면 도보로 이동가능. 체크인포인가 다른 곳에 있어 키를받으러 가는게 조금 번거롭긴했지만 친절하게 문따는법과 엘리베이터 이용법들을 알려주심. 아파트 바로앞에 큰 마트와 맥도날드가 있고. 간혹 노숙자들이 보이긴 했음. 아파트 안은 넓고 깔끔. 화장실이 두개라 이용 편리. 키친도 넓고 조리도구와 기본적인 식용유 소금 등이 있어서 쓸만했음. 클리닝 피 70유로 추가 지불이 필요함. 적혀있다고는 하는데 못봤어서 당황.

Ingen vidare bra vistelse!

Gammal lägenhet med mycket dåliga sängar. Saknades bestick och porslin till alla gäster. Läckte vatten från vasken i köket, så att vi fick ha en balja under för att undvika att vattnet rann ner på golvet. Dålig kommunikation inför ankomst. Vi fick vänta ca 2 tim innan vi fick komma in i bostaden. Ingen vidare bra vistelse!!
