Amazing Hotel and Great Service

My wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Marriott. The room was luxurious, breakfast was terrific with an array of tasty options and the service from the hotel staff and management was impeccable.

Amazing stay, it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary during the stay. The staff;, especially Eka, Bella and Okta were fabulous, making both days memorable, cake balloons and banners in the room. We have stayed here a few times now and would not stay anywhere else in Jogya. This hotel is definitely number one.

Nice and modern room that is also super spacey. The breakfast selection is great and the club menus are decent too. Staff are very helpful. 10 seconds sheltered walk to the big mall with plenty of f&b options. But the traffic around the hotel is often quite congested

Location is great with a huge mall linked to the hotel. The room is super spacious and very clean and comfortable. I managed to get quality sleep! The check-in was great too and I love the kue lapis served at the reception. ❤️❤️❤️

Brand-New Hotel in Yogya

Everything in this hotel is new and clean. I enjoyed the stay. Pool opens 24 hours which is also good to me enjoying swimming at night. Food is also great! But, spa and massage is not yet ready because this hotel is just opened. Staffs are all kind!

Perfect Stay in Jogya!

Been there for 4 days and booked 4 rooms for fam member. Overall it was an excellent stay and everyone was very happy! No doubt the hotel was super and the strategic location, next to a big mall, was a plus point as well. On top of that, the services was also super! Responsive to customer's request, e.g. sending early morning breakfast @ 4 am to the room for sahur and early check out. Keep the excellent services! Improve (shorten) the lead time of in room dining.

The service is beyond excellent: very professional, friendly, and polite. Mr. Adzki and Mr Arief are very helpful, they go above and beyond with their service. Mr Henri drove us around during our stay and very patience and trustworthy. We always have great experience staying at the Marriott, and Yogyakarta Marriott is so far the best.

Not much of an opinion. Firstly, we arrived at 3:15pm and had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Then were informed that no room was available and that we would have to wait 20 minutes which ended up being 10 minutes however very disappointing. Breakfast on 2 mornings we had to wait 15 minutes for seating then due to high volume of people the food selection was at a minimum. Concierge and bell boys were just to overpowering and persistent in wanting to assist. even when we expressed our wish to manure our own luggage they still persisted, very annoying.

An exceptional heritage hotel to Yogyakarta

The interior from the entrance to reception and lobby has a spacious character of a forest. Muted colour grace the ID peppered with Batik elements and sympathetic art works streaming to the bedrooms. The pool in the podium block is breath taking in quiet intimacy with the landscape, bringing you away from the madding crowds. Such a pleasure to celebrate our vacation with this project which reflects timelessness between tradition and modernity. Congratulations to the architects. A+!!
