Rooms were clean, needs were really firm but the sheets were very comfortable. AC works very well! Didn't partake in other amenities due to having to be at the hospital at 6am. Front desk staff were AWESOME!!! My dad said he heard gunshots during the night, I was 4 doors down from them on the same side of the building and I didn't hear a thing but I trust him.

Such kind staff. However, my first room had a terrible stench that made my eyes water and my stomach turn. Like something had burned in there and then was covered up with a strong detergent line-like smell. When I complained they were really accommodating and allowed me to move rooms. They even gave me a discounted rate for the trouble. The second room smelled sour, like pickles. Because by that point I only had 14 hours until I could leave, I stuck it out. Although the lobby was nice and the staff were nice, they really need to rip the carpeting out of those rooms. I have never requested to move rooms at a hotel before but this was just awful. I told the front desk person that they really should not give anyone else that first room until they get to the bottom of that vile odor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of this hotel. In Columbus for a wedding, we walked several miles from the hotel to the Franklin Park and Topiary Park and walked 10 minutes home from the wedding at 9:30 pm. Felt very safe. Room, food, front desk all terrific. Would stay again for certain.

Nice, clean with good breakfast! Pillows were flat but bed was comfortable. Careful checking in at night. The homeless will approach you if the staff doesn't get the door unlocked fast enough. I'd call the front desk before you get out of your car. Front desk was very helpful and friendly!
