Great location, clean, atmospheric apartment, excellent that the agent waited until midnight for us (late flight). Close to tram line, quiet. Wifi.
Not so good - suddenly extra €30 cleaning fee payable on arrival. IKEA furniture needs screwed together better, and cooker burner needs fixed.
A stash of basic food would be good, such as coffee, so first day breakfast is possible.
Advertised for 4, but the beds were one double, one double sofabed. Not ideal for family.

Sehr schmutzige Unterkunft. Sofa ist fleckig und schmuddelig. Bei der Ankunft musste 40 Euro für die Tourismussteuer (ok) und für die Reinigung (?) zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Peis / Leistung stimmt leider nicht.

Beware of hidden fees
We were told to pay a cleaning fee when we arrived at the apartment. This cleaning fee wasn’t stated on the itinerary nor the website. Overall the apartment is pleasant but there were weird noises here and there. It is near to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse Station, about 10 minutes walk, which allows easy access to other parts of the city and train to the airport.
