10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was wonderful from booking to helping us get a shuttle from cruise port to hotel on arrival date then another for return to the airport. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. It's about a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum which was a nice walk in the morning as we'd grab a pastry and cafe on the walk into town. At night we'd take an Uber back as we'd walk about 30,000 steps in a day. The graffiti all over the walls there is normal unlike here in the US that typically would mean four not in a good area however there we were perfectly in a safe area. We also walked two blocks to a nice clean laundromat one day as well since we were gone for almost a month total. Great place."

"The photos on internet does not match with the room given at the arrival. There is no amenities, the front desk employee was unable to answer neither help when I told him that we have been make our reservations two months before arrrival and he just told we are hotel full occupancy. The room given smells terrible and room did not match what they published on internet! Next day we complaint at front desk and the changed us to other room almost what the published, but we lost almost half a day and there were cockroaches. They publishes pool but we have been told that was out service. The experience was terrible at all!"

"This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception."
