A great hotel to stay at if you're flying out of Houston. Staff was very friendly/accomodating during a flight cancellation. Airport shuttle a huge plus, operates every 30 mins.

Best staff! Check in was smooth although there was a long line of tired people whose flights had been canceled. The front desk staff was efficient, polite and super friendly. The shuttle was easy to find at the airport. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was just what I needed -- convenient to the airport with a shuttle and they were great about letting me check in early when I arrived several hours before check in. The restaurant and bar are in the lobby, so it was loud, but the food was quite good. I had pan seared salmon with sides and nice glass of wine to wind down after my day.
