The room was clean and had ample towels, etc. The curtains in the room are stationary which means you cant open them to let the sunlight in. The rest of the hotel looked like a run-down motel. A couple of times, the elevators did not work. The garage has cars parked half-way into the spot leaving the other half as an obstruction to other cars. They say on the site "Free parking". Nope...costs $10 (which isnt too bad, but still). No onsite restaurant.

It was There an ok trip tprice was dec the staff is also very nice.The manager was a little bit over the edge , but the rest of the staff that have already been there were pretty nice and understanding and made up or him. The worst part though was when water started dripping from the ceiling at 5am and turned into a big big puddle in the bathroom , and maintenance would not be able to take care of it until 2hours , t 8later

This Ramada hotel apparently has a major eruption of Bed Bugs in the 2026 Summer! I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews but in this case, I am because it feels important. This Ramada evidently has a terrible bed bug outbreak, and I was told by several guests at the hotel that they woke up with many painful bed bug bites. I did have some bites, but it seems like I was lucky, compared to many of the guests I spoke with. One guest I talked with had literally dozens of ugly blotchy bed bug bites on his face; I felt so badly for him. Some guests I spoke with were very upset with the hotel, because even after being told about this huge bed bug problem, the hotel apparently just apologizes and doesn’t do anything about trying to get rid of the bed bugs. There were some good aspects to this hotel. They have a waterfall with the swimming pool which is pretty nice. The location is good, especially because it is so close to LAX, and near venues for the World Cup. But if I were coming to LA for the World Cup, there is no way in a million years that I would risk having my body covered in bed bug bites by staying at this hotel.

Room was okay, but there were loud noises, and the floor shook when people ran up and down the stairs outside. The building and area is kind of sketchy, concrete stairs, and elevators that are slow and dirty. But the staff was very nice and the price was decent.

The staff members were friendly. The hotel itself is something out of a horror movie. I’ve been a flight attendant for close to 10 years at this point and have stayed in numerous hotels. This particular hotel is by far the absolute worst property that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dilapidated and rundown, numerous holes in the walls, broken windows, dirty floors, and broken toiletries, dirty mattresses, and mattress covers, the permits have been expired for 23 months at this point, and I actually would not wish that even my worst enemy stayed at this hotel. The smell of the hotel room resembled that of a nasty haunted house. The fire exit doors were left propped open; an apparent invitation for ANYONE to invite themselves in. Horrible experience. The one good thing about it…the roof wasn’t leaking. Beware of this property that goes by multiple different names. As a Wyndham property, there is a certain expectation, which was not met at all.

I did not enjoy my stay because it was slightly cold weather in Miami when we went on Nov. 28, 2025. So I was trying to heat the room up some. They said they do not have heaters and could give extra blankets. I was devastated by this answer and found the hotel not suitable for habitation. So does no heater system mean no hot water as well because the shower was not getting hot in the shower or sink. I was very disappointed with this stat and would never stay here again. I used the blow dryer to heat up the bathroom while taking that cold shower. I should not have to do that. It was a one night stay before my cruise so I got through the night and was happy to be on the ship. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant on sight was a plus. The room was not comfortable because of no heat or hot water. I left an item in the room and was able to pick it back up after my cruise which I found to be a plus for the staff honesty and effort to make sure I got my item back. The hotel shuttle was sufficient and ran in the manner of every hour on the hour and sometimes it ran every 30 minutes to the airport. They had two shuttles to my knowledge.
