Beautiful, big room with nice bathroom. Very close to train station and the lake including the ferry stop and local buses with great restaurant options and supermarket in the area. Stefano was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Honestly was amazing, had a great time staying here. The room was perfect and quiet, bathroom was newly redone and lovely. Central location close to boat dock. :) Would stay here again.

Lovely room in great location, close to lake, ferries and bus depot. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. 5 mins walk from town centre and funicular, 20 mins to train station. Stefano was extremely helpful with great restaurant recommendations and tips. Easy self check in. Very hot and extremely busy when we were there, not surprising for August. Always ridiculous queues for ferry tickets even at 7am! So got the C110 bus up the west lakeside. Stopped at Argegno for breakfast, went up the cable car for great views (no queue, very quiet), then got the bus to Menaggio, lovely town and got the ferry back. No queue at ticket office and plenty of availability.

The only reasons this place is getting two stars are for the location — it's close to downtown — and the fact that the bathroom has been recently remodeled. Other than that, this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It's actually an old apartment that's been split into three separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. You need 5 keys to open doors to get in to your room on 3rd floor. The furniture is old and dated, the room had a noticeable body odor smell that never really went away. There’s no front desk, no lobby — basically no amenities you’d expect from a proper hotel. What really surprised me was the request to turn off the lights and AC every time you leave the room — apparently to save electricity.

Wonderful location and great host. I highly recommended staying here. Clean and easy to find. There is a fabulous restaurant you can see out the window down in the parking lot. Best pasta we have had during our 3 week trip and amazing salads too.

The B&B has a really comfortable bed, a beautifully large bathroom and is perfectly located (in the center super close to the lake and a lot of nice restaurants). Stefano made sure that everything was perfect for our stay and Mr. Jey is really lovely as well. We had the best experience and would love to stay here again if we’re going back to Como!

The location is fabulous, across from the lake, close to all amenities including ferry for the lake, train station and taxi stands. Great shopping near by. I almost hesitate to give it such a great review as this place really should be a treasured secret!

The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. Stefano our host was super nice and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone!

Location, location, location

Great location and huge bedroom with an even bigger bathroom. B&B advertised but no breakfast so not B&B in the true sense. In saying that lots of cafes and restaurants very close so no problem. Free mini bar also which is lovely. Would stay again.
