Great stay in this hotel near the river Model. Newly renovated, clean with good facilities and service.

Sehr netter Kontakt am Anreisetag an der Rezeption. Zimmer sauber und sehr geräumig. Matratzen sind gut. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, aber für diese Kategorie normal.

Herzlich Willkommen

Späte Anreise, herzlicher Empfang Obwohl das Restaurant schon schloss, bekamen wir noch einen wirklich tollen Salatteller zum Begrüßungswein serviert. Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen. Unsere Sonderwünsche bei der Buchung wurden berücksichtigt und prompt bestätigt.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende, die den Aufenthalt durch Serviceorientiertheit, Humor und Authentizität bereichert haben. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, welches unfassbar vielseitig und frisch ist, so dass jeder auf seinen Geschmack kommt. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen.
