Our stay here was great. A family room with enough space for all 4 of us, great cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast and close to the metro station so easy to get out and about. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our enjoyment.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast included. Rooms are small with limited space. Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of sewer coming from the WC.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The entire property is extremely rundown with poor or nonexistent maintenance. Everything in the room felt old, broken, or heavily used. The biggest disappointment was the food. The complimentary breakfast was truly awful—none of my four family members returned after the first day. The food was not fresh and looked like leftovers. Even the coffee was bad. You’re much better off finding breakfast outside the hotel; we found far better options nearby. I considered canceling our stay the moment I saw the room, but unfortunately, it was too late. This was a very disappointing experience overall, and I would not stay here again.

The hotel is currently being remodelled. The bathrooms are ok. The furnitures are from the 70s and are completely worn out. The doors to the corridor are not tight, you can hear every other guest and the doors are unfortunately simply slammed by other guests, which makes a continuous sleep impossible. The rooms are very soberly furnished. In rooms that have not yet been renovated, some of the electrics do not work and there is therefore no power for a laptop, for example.The Breakfast is simply not worth the price.

So close to Parque Eduardo VII and Liberty Avenue. About 200m to the metro and close to circle with all the various busses. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were the best!
