Staff is great, very friendly. However: Only 2 bath towels For 2 people, husband had to use hand towel for hair. A $3 price on a sign on water with each bottle saying "free for special members but for "all other guests " $3 for a bottle of water, that's already in the room I find rude.

The good- staff very friendly , hotel was clean , pool area clean and not at all busy. Close to shopping and arenas. The bad- no hot water for showers the first morning, mattress was not comfortable, parking was ok if you got there early and didn't need to leave . If you got there late, parking was slim picking to none .
