Cassa Lepage is a beautiful building, with loads of history. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable about both the details of the building and the surrounding buildings. I highly recommend this hotel for people who appreciate local character, and charm.

The hotel was perfect. We called it our oasis. The art was magnificent so every time we came back we felt like we were in a modern art museum. Lots of attractions nearby in the San Telmo area. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The rooms was good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were great - very helpful in making recommendations and answering our questions. Good location to all the main attractions!! We would definitely stay here again.

It’s an incredibly unique property. You are staying in a museum full of beautiful art and Argentine history. It has been fully renovated so it’s in pristine condition.

The Cassa Lepage was the greatest discovery of our recent three-week trip to Peru, Chile and Argentina. In some respects, it was unlike any hotel we have stayed in anywhere. Basically, it was the equivalent of having a studio in a chic, exclusive, art-focused building. The staff is delightful, the rooms (of which there appeared to be only about a dozen in total) are cut from former apartments in what was once an elegant hotel particulier, and the location is perfect for exploring some of central Buenos Aires livelier neighborhoods.

We enjoyed the hotel and especially that it is an historic building. The hotel has a modern design, but it is sitting on the ruins of an old building. They have cleverly designed displays for the pottery and glassware that was found on the site. The location of the hotel is very close to a Hop/On Hop/Off bus stop and around the corner from Querandi Tango venue with a dinner show.

Simply stunning

This property is simply stunning. A small boutique hotel, but not small in size. The building is very grand, superbly renovated and beautifully decorated. The staff are top class, the service is very personal. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to everywhere. San Telmo restaurants and market, not far from Puerto Madero, the Obelisco, all the major sights. Highly recommended.

I am so glad that we stayed at this hotel from our cruise through South America. We had a beautiful room looking over an old church, and the bed was super comfortable. Even though I speak very little English, the staff made such a great effort to communicate with me, and they spoke Pretty good English in case you’re worried about that. Do not expect a Sheraton or Marriott, this is a beautiful restored old property with a huge bathtub and shower and bidet and great water pressure. The linens in the bathroom were fine the bedsheets were always clean and housekeeping was immaculate , one of the best things is that right next-door and connected to the hotel is a Peruvian restaurant which has the absolute best seafood I have ever tasted. My husband and I went there on Valentine’s Day and started with a wonderful glass of Maulbeck, the Parmesan scallops, the grilled trout, and the salmon. In fact, we ate there twice during our four night stay! The only thing that I gave four stars to where the amenities as they only have bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, and robes (however, the robes do not have a tie!). This hotel stands on a property that has been in Buenos Aires since 1713 and has gone through many different businesses. They have excavated the basement so that you can tour the museum down below the first floor. Again, if you want a beautiful, friendly and clean hotel That really exemplifies the history of this lovely city. Please stay at Casa LePage Art Hotel.

Unique small upscale hotel in a lovely setting provides great service in a central Buenos Aires location. Walkable to many attractions and just a few blocks from safe, cheap and easy to use subway. Very nice beakfast. A wonderful choice!
