Bed bugs in our room!!! Stay away! I talked to reception but they were not accountable and could not give me a refund. (How is that even possible?!) They told me to write a mail to the hotel manager for refund. After 4 Mails the manager still did not even answer my mail. Quality level of hotel in general not good either. I doubt They Will survive for long with this approach. Do not stay here!!! (I went to Marriot 500 m away instead. Much better value for money, and fresh with fantastic breakfast.)
