Left without a room

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a booking, although I had a booking confirmation and paid for my booking, i was told by the property that they dont have my booking, however I find that hard to believe as they knew my first name when i didnt give it to them, my co worker who also booked with Island letting had the same experience. I would advise anyone to stay away from island letting

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property is lovely, very modern and clean and the view of table mountain is sensational. The only 2 drawbacks I found are the lack of power through load shedding, there is no generator to provide power and I had to ask 3 times for the invoice for the airport transfer. I would still really recommend this for any business travellers as the location is fantastic.
