I was confronted by the staff, sworn at for not moving my car out of the way. He expected me to reverse back a narrow pathway we he has space to allow me to pass just a few feet away. • The aircon is terrible. • Swimming pool was out of use with no prior information about this. • Breakfast is bad. Food was clearly not fresh, we were worried about getting food poisoning. How can you mess up a simple continental breakfast? • Beds are uncomfortable. • The room is sound insulation is very poor so I could hear a child crying all night. • No laundry bag or laundry service available. None of the amenities and services match a 5 star hotel. Charging more than €230 for this per night is a joke. Not even complimentary water considering they are also in the middle of nowhere without shops nearby! Have not enjoyed this experience one bit and staff are reluctant to do anything about improving the experience. The property won’t even have a chat with you about the experience even if you complain. Stay away from this hotel

Det här stället har säkert varit riktigt fint en gång i tiden men har uppenbarligen blivit sämre. Dyr restaurang och inte imponerad av servicen. Fräscha rum och bra frukost dock men läget är väldigt remote och kräver mkt bilåkning till andra restauranger för att få bra mat till vettiga priser i antingen Orbetello eller Porto Santa Stefano. Vi utnyttjade gymmet på hotellet som verkligen sett sina bästa dagar, en del trasiga maskiner och inga cardio-maskiner alls. Kul att kunna testa spela paddel hela familjen dock. Kommer inte komma tillbaka tyvärr!

Struttura stupenda, immersa nel verde, super pulita, personale gentile e cordiale. Avevamo la stanza con idromassaggio e passaggio privato per raggiungere la parte di sotto dove si trovano le piscine e la palestra. Colazione varia e abbondante sia dolce che salata. Abbiamo anche pranzato li . Due giorni di relax totale. Speriamo di tornarci presto

Ottima la pulizia delle camere e delle parti in comune, personale gentile e disponibile, stanza ampia e luminosa nonostante affacciasse nel cortile interno, peccato che in bagno ci fosse una perdita d'acqua consistente dalla doccia. Sarebbe stata più opportuna una maggiore cura di alcuni dettagli (ombrelloni e tavolini leggermente rovinati esternamente)

Troviamo fondamentali 2 cose quando soggiorniamo in una struttura: la pulizia e la cortesia da parte del personale. Durante questo soggiorno abbiamo decisamente trovato entrambe queste caratteristiche oltre ad un complesso davvero spettacolare. Viaggiamo molto e questo è un posto dove sicuramente torneremo! Struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde con tantissimi servizi inclusi (piscina, palestra, bagno turco, caffe e macchinetta in camera, acqua ogni giorno). Colazione ricca e variegata di ottima qualita, servizio impeccabile (addirittura doppio cambio biancheria al giorno), personale cortese e professionale. Buono pure il ristorante, top il pranzo light a bordo piscina con offerta di sushi di ottima qualita. Camere nuove e finemente arredate. Davvero un posto bellissimo che consiglierei a tutti per una vacanza di relax.
