This hotel has a great location near the ocean boat docks and seafood restaurants. It's also close to the ferries to Coronado Bay. It has a nice pool and room was clean. Wonderful hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location because it is near the dog beach and Point Loma Seafoods for a lovely walk in the evening across the street for dinner. Also, walk on Shelter Island. Possibly the best location for a hotel in San Diego.

The room was spotless. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Building is old but had new carpeting and recently remodeled bathroom. Location is fantastic, close to city center. Fantastic seafood just across street “Mitch’s Seafood.” Not fancy, mostly outdoor seating, but great food.

This hotel definitely needs some updating. It’s pretty outdated and old. The elevator is super small and looks sketchy. It even smells old in the hallways. The walls are super thin and you could hear everything in the hallways. We could easily hear kids running back and forth all morning. The ladies at the front desk though are super nice and she even called me when my room was ready because I had got there before check in time. We only slept there 1 night which was ok but I don’t think I would book there again if it was for more than 1 night.
