Excellent service experienced at 6F WanLi Chinese restaurant Manger Ms. Seven and 5F gym trainer Mr. Batis. Definitely choice them again when next time visit at Xian.

The staff service was excellent. Very friendly & prompt. But the room is very warm the aircon takes a long time to cool the room. Secondly, our toilet got choked on the 1st day though their staff came to fix quite quickly. We visited in dec.
