The property is beautiful, our room was comfortable & clean & new which is a bonus. Wasnโt briefed on housekeeping (room wasnโt cleaned/beds not made up/bins werenโt emptied during entire stay) on arrival but luckily we were only there for a few days. Small oversight, overall happy with our stay & defintely recommend.
The staff was friendly with good command of English. The room was spacious, with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The washroom was equipped with good quality sanitary ware, but the craftsmanship was poor, resulting in loosely fitted shelves and falling of
shower head, which was quite dangerous. Besides, the toilet seat was also loosely fitted. I think the management has to check the facilities and arrange repair constantly.
As for the location, there are several cafes and local restaurants just opposite the hotel. Dining is not a problem.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Small hotel near the tourist attractions
The hotel is located near some the local tourists attractions such as the night safaris, floral park etc. However without a car would be very inconvenient. The hotel has the bare essentials as with just a small pool so don't expect anything else such as a gym. The hotel does provide a simple breakfast but there will not be any room service or restaurants available. Just a simple hotel room

Pros:
Very Spacious, clean and modern bedrooms
Very comfortable bed, comforter and pillows.
Very clean and modern bathrooms
Good Wi-Fi connection
Cons:
No restaurant even though the website stated they had a rooftop restaurant.
The breakfast was a simple plate of scrambled eggs, sausages and ham made to order.
OK but understandard for the cost of the room.
The road noise is quite disturbing - the rooms face the road.
They provide a microwave and cook top and 2 coffee cups but no cooking utensils not even a spoon to stir coffee.
They did not even provide packet coffee or tea which is usually quite standard for hotels in Thailand esp for those priced THB 2,000 up.
The hotel is not near any shopping centers the nearest shop is 7-11, 500meters from the Hotel.
We checked in on Monday intending on eating at the rooftop gastro bar that was highly recommended on their website only to be informed it was discontinued the month before!
We had to book a taxi to drive out to find a place to eat dinner as the only 2 restaurants nearby were closed on Monday's!!
I was told they were in the process of upgrading and improving their services.
If they could provide coffee and tea in the rooms, cooking utensils (at least 2 teaspoons), buffet breakfast and an onsite restaurant then this hotel is quite a gem.
The only downside is that it is a THB 180 grab car ride to the night markets!
