Really friendly staff, very easy to do everything and enjoyed the hotel. Didn't find the dinner food excellent, but the restaurant otherwise ran really well, with the staff being excellent.

One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. Staff is very professional and always ready to do the extra mile to accomodate the guest. The bar is beautiful and has a very nice atmosfere. I highly reccomend it.

Great hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I thought id lost my key to my car and they looked everywhere for me .( daftlyi had them in my jcket pocket😂) . I would highly recommend this hotel and he spa was lovely better than others i av paid to go in . The only thing is th curtains are thin , but overall i will come back here definitely in the future. Thanks to all the staff

Weekend di relax in hotel spettacolare

Tutti i servizi sono di alto livello e curati nei dettagli. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel e molto piacevoli le camere con una vista davvero eccezionale. Magnifique hôtel mais personnel pas agréable!

Nous avions une grande attente pour ce séjour car on nous avait vanté la beauté de cet hôtel. C'est vrai qu'il est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup aimé notre chambre et la décoration très originale et chaleureuse de l'hôtel. Le Spa est lui aussi extraordinaire. Par contre, nous avons été très déçus par l'accueil à la réception. Le personnel ne parlait pas français, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing dans cette région. La réceptionniste s'est moqué de mon mari qui ne parle pas très bien anglais. Lors du petit-déjeuner, le responsable de salle devait s'occuper de l'accueil, aider au service du buffet et du service. Il était très stressé et ce n'était pas agréable de le voir s'agiter et parler fort.... Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans cet hôtel en raison du personnel qui n'était vraiment pas chaleureux.

Très bel établissement de charme. Au premier coup d’œil, on a une impression de vieux... mais on comprend vite que ce n’est que du positif, du bien fait, du « cosy ». Un merveilleux moment passé dans ce bel établissement.
