Enjoyable stay.

Quite a lot of refurbishment going on around the pool area, although it didn’t bother us. Very friendly staff and good food. Had read about noise from close-by clubs, but we didn't notice any. A very enjoyable stay at Mabrouk Hotel.

Don’t really know how to say this. Who builds a nightclub under a hotel. I asked twice in the early evening about the noise and staff assured me music ends at midnight. I’ve been woken up at 2am and 4.30am by music. What a shame and a sham. It’s a very pretty hotel and great pool vibes both day and night - nighttime lots of locals come for shisha and snacks by the pool, there’s music and stuff like that. But the sound in the ground floor rooms is unacceptable and music was not off at midnight like the staff promised.

Der Aufenthalt in Mabrouk Hotel war sehr schön und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man fragen hatte, wurden sie sofort beantwortet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und berühmt, die wünsche von Gästen zu erfüllen.wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich bei Sara, Mostafa, Ayman, Youssef und all die anderen Mitarbeitern, die unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet haben. Das Hotel verfügt über viel Sicherheit und badygard, so dass wir als Junge Frauen uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir zurück!

Don’t do it.

The staff is very friendly and polite,they deserve to work at a better hotel. The rooms smell bad, two singles bed don’t equal a double bed! The hotel is very loud and you can’t sleep because of the clubs on the property, the WiFi is just terrible . Don’t stay here.

Bei Ankunft haben die Informationen etwas gefehlt, wir mussten uns alles erfragen (Frühstückszeiten, Nutzung des Pools, parken,...) aber alle sehr zuvorkommend. Das Areal um den Pool herum ist zum abends entspannen, Shisha rauchen und trinken (auch Alkohol) super schön und preisgünstig- im Gegensatz zum restlichen Abendprogramm in Agadir. Das war wirklich hervorragend! Dementsprechend hört man auch Musik/Bass bis nachts nach 3:00, wir empfanden das nicht als störend, sollte aber genannt werden.

Koldt vand og støj om natten ingen Wifi på værelse

Hotellet var rent og havde gode senge. De har et diskotek "Millionæres club" lige ved siden af og en klub i kælderen som larmer hele natten til kl 5:00. Bare rigtig rigtig irriterende. Vi havde kun koldt vand 4 dage om morgenen ud af 7 dage. Der var varmt vand hver eneste eftermiddag - så jeg tror det var en helt bevidst handling fra hotellets side. Wifi fungerede ikke på vores værelse (nummer 312) - vi klagede i 3 dage og gav her efter op da det desværre ikke hjalp. Der var ustabilt wifi i fælles områder - men det var ellers ok. Poolen var beskidt og vi brugte den ikke. Pool området var hyggeligt hvor en masse lokale kommer og hygger med vandpiber hver aften - men ret meget støj i området fra en DJ hele tiden.

Ingen buffet bord til morgenmad, den skulle bestilles hver morgen, ingen menu kort. Ligger i et kedeligt område, men dog gå afstand til det meste.. Ikke egnet for børn, da der er en klub der spiller musik hele natten, meget larm fra musikken og derfor ikke egnet for familie der skal sove tidligt, uanset hvilket værelse du får da der blot er 2 etager.
