The owner greeted us and gave us the background of the B&B. She is so sweet and genuine. Our room in the old schoolhouse was spotless and very comfortable. The morning breakfasts were the best.

The property is minutes away from downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. We loved going into town to shop and eat, and then retreating to the solitude of this lovely place. Our hosts, Margie and Darrell, are warm and welcoming. The breakfasts are divine! We highly recommend this B&B—it's the best in Texas!

This is a very historic, lovely BNB that is situated near Gruene and New Braunfels. The country side is enjoyable with wild life. The rock buildings have historical charms. The owner is always onsite and she has a lifetime of stories to tell, and the staff very helpful. Make sure to catch the awesome homemade breakfast!

The customer service was fantastic. The cottage we were in was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I loved this genuine Bed and Breakfast located on a Texas, German historic homesite with charming, down to earth hosts. The staff was congenial, family oriented and warm in their offering of hospitality. The lovely breakfast setting encourages getting to know other fellow Inn guests and connects travelers coming and going in an easy manner. The Kuebler Waldrip Haus is a place to call home away from home.

This was our second stay at this wonderful B&B in the hill country of New Braunfels. We enjoyed feeling comfortable and treated like family in a beautiful, sprawling property with top-notch amenities. The breakfasts were wonderful & filling enough to carry us through to dinner time as we explored the many shops & museums of both Gruene & New Braunfels. We highly recommend this family B&B for your next vacation. A special shout out to Mom, Darrell & Karen for another memorable marital get-away for both of us. We’ll be back!

True Bed & Breakfast!!

This was an unexpected gem! We were going to stay at a local hotel but ended up bringing a trailer and needed better space for parking it and for security. The manager was amazing and so helpful from our initial phone call to our last minute changes when leaving. While it is not a modern place, its like staying in the home of friends. The room was comfortable and had all we needed but the rest of the property was just perfect. It had a lovely common area where you could find a snack or a late night drink in the refrigerator. It is nestled outside of town and so nice and quiet. The breakfast was prepared by a very nice and talented lady fresh each morning. It was delicious and the company was very nice. We will most definitely be back and hope to bring family next time.

The owners were warm and friendly and made us feel like family especially when we were all sitting down to breakfast together. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful! We loved the whole atmosphere and the grounds were peaceful, a pleasant getaway from the city. If you like history and going back in time, the Kuebler Waldrip Haus is the place to go!

Such a nice stay!!

My wife and I stayed the weekend so that we could attend the Wimberley Market Days. The property was so nice and the owners were wonderful. We walked the property each morning then had a great breakfast with many special items. After a long day (and on our last night), we built a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the peaceful night. We highly recommend staying here!
