Fairly safe area. The apartment located behind diplomatic buildings many restaurants and cafe's in the areaand walking distance from many attractions. For 4 Euros you can get a cab rides. The apartment is clean and quiet. The owner Alexandra constantly calling us to find out if we need anything and arranged the cab rides for us. Looking forward to visit Athens again in a year hope to rent the same apartment.

Cute and cozy

The apartment is cute and stylish. Very convenient to a lot of sites and the square. I was able to walk around and not have to use public transportation every where. Grocery stores and restaurants were all very close by. My only down side was the toilet was older and very hard to flush. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Exceptional Host - great apartment

The apartment is great and Eleni the host was exceptional. Offered us transfers to and from the airport and provided us with a map and a few recommendations of where to see in Athens. Her great hospitality made the trip to Athens effortless!

Bellissimo soggiorno a Kolonaki

Mia moglie ed io siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno in questa struttura. Dobbiamo però far presente una unica mancanza, e cioè l'assenza di un piccolo tavolo con due sedie in camera per poter consumare un pasto dal momento che esiste una piccola cucina. Per il resto la struttura è molto silenziosa, il letto confortevole, peccato che la TV non abbia accesso a canali italiani. La struttura un po' datata ma gradevole come pure il terrazzo .Posizione in città ottima. All'arrivo la persona che ci ha accolto gentile e professionale. Torneremo di sicuro.

Cute and cosy apartment at a very convenient location. The little balcony was very nice for the breakfast. The bathroom could do with a minor refresh but everything was clean and functional. Very big and comfortable bed but the pillows were a bit too soft.

Just one Metro stop away from the hustle & bustle of Sytagma Square provides for a quiet rest each evening. Elegant shops & restaurants nearby away from tourist traps. Best fresh seafood restaurant nearby for my first Athens dinner. Memorable. On the main M3 metro line to/from the airport.
