Perfeito.

Em relação ao apartamento foi tudo perfeito. Limpo, confortável, TV, geladeira, fogão, microondas, utensilios, toalhas, roupas de cama. Proprietário extremamente atencioso e educado. Em relação a localização achamos o local seguro, pertissimo do metrô, de pontos turísticos e de muito fácil acesso a vários locais. Vizinhança muito interessante, despojada e moderna. Mercado bem em frente, vários locais perto pra lanchar, jantar, tomar café (padaria Santa Efigênia é ótima), tem uma barraquinha de pastel e caldo de cana na Praça da República que é excelente. Enfim, em nossa percepção, nota dez em todos os quesitos.
