住的是尊榮館,房型空間大且舒適唯一缺點是隔音較不好,早餐普通 可以多增加點樣式，附近也有一些餐館庭走路即可到達,整體來說體驗極佳,如有機會會再選擇入住

在大眾池的泥漿溫泉和精油池還不錯但美中不足的是烤箱沒開放，房間還蠻乾淨的，但在走廊上都會看到可能是剛收拾好的房間毛巾類的東西看起來不是很舒服，希望能顧及未退房的的客人的觀感，且有反應冷氣太冷而服務台的人只是教你怎麼調也沒有說要過來覺得不受重視希望改善

照片跟實際落差許多，入住時間要到下午五點才能check-in,櫃檯允許我們先去大眾池泡湯等待至五點，但是大眾池環境髒亂，泡湯池充滿皮屑，住宿房間充滿煙味，有讓我們換房間但是可能中央空調的關係，煙味一直無法散去，房間清潔度也都有待加強。

住宿體驗

要入住生活館系列的顧客建議評估自身是不是很好入眠的人，不然此館都是木板隔間，隔音效果偏差，床的部份尚可，價位上感覺不太對等，早餐就是一般自助式，之後不會選擇住宿而是單純來泡湯，畢竟湯屋24H開放的，以上僅供參考，請大家斟酌參考，祝大家玩得開心。

已經不是第一次造訪，房間剛溫泉真的很棒~服務也好。只是因為防疫，早餐改成套餐式的。西式早餐不錯，中式早餐醬菜偏多，菜色較少，建議可以調整。此外，也建議改成若吃不飽可以再追加。

住在比較高級的尊榮館 ，但是隔音真的很差，整晚都聽得到外面走廊的聲音，浴池算是蠻大，離淋浴間很近，但是廁所沒有門，不是很方便感覺沒有隱私，早餐就很普通的吐司、沙拉、雞腿排有點硬

房品質跟價格有落差

今天是家庭旅遊看了節目報導才選擇入住 一入大廳服務人員態度還算可以，在說明入住內容後就直接上樓來到房間，一到房間後因我們有一些東西需要使用冰箱，打開冰箱後大傻眼居然裡面好幾個地方發霉(是很久沒人住這房間嗎)，掀開一床被子發現床包上也有污漬，好幾處角落都未清潔，當下打給客服反應客服也沒有說要幫我們換房，只說會請人來看，等房務人員來只帶著毛巾來做清潔，也換了床包，這個價格跟住房品質落差太大了 但還是有好的部份就是大眾池泥漿溫泉，連房間裡也有附，餐廳的口味算有水準 整體來說管理上應該要好好加油了，不然就太對不起這個價格了

性價比不高

優點：泥漿溫泉很棒。缺點：房間角落灰塵多，逃生出口堆了房務清潔車與備用椅，最不能接受的是如此價位，早餐竟然用了不少的costco食物，如餐包與馬芬等。

Check in服務不好，久等了還叫我去對面櫃台，感覺很差，就好像被騙來尊爵館後實際是住對面舊的生活館，然後雙人房只給一幢被子，冷氣開太冷想一人蓋一幢被子，加被子要$100，加錢是無所謂，可是被子不乾淨上面有一點約2公分的血漬，然後隔音很差，凌晨聽到隔壁浴缸放水超大聲，早上想泡泥漿溫泉，開水開很久一點都不熱

飯店人員雖然忙碌都很親切。 這次入住尊榮房，大致覺得房間算滿意，但是屋內地板清潔狀況不佳，但還可以忍受。 屋內窗戶鎖頭壞掉，因為帶著兩名幼兒，所以更加小心不讓他們靠近窗戶，有向櫃台反應，他們表示如果需要處理再告知，但家庭旅遊有老有小，實在沒時間再反應。 下次有機會還會入住，但希望一些硬體設施跟清潔再加強。

兩個人住宿一晚, 提供晚餐和早餐, 公共泡湯有露天區覺得很好, 尤其泡完湯可以在長椅上躺下來發發呆或小憩, 房問內也有室內湯, 整體不錯, 但以住宿房型(舊館)而言稍嫌貴.

溫泉不錯, 但換房一肚子氣

於hotels.com購買標準四人房型, 但入住是發現房間兩張雙人床一張高, 一張低 高的床是軟床,有兩層床墊 低的床是硬床,只有一層床墊 反應給接待處兩位不同的服務人員得到的回應如下 1.送洗廠商回來樣式不一 (我不知道這是什麼意思) 2.床組更新中所以有不同床型(這樣的話應該於訂房前就標示吧) 3.有的人喜歡軟床, 有的人喜歡硬床 (我記得我沒有標註要軟硬各一吧) 4.可提供換房服務但不保證換的房間的床 最後換到一間hotels.com照片中出現的房間才接受換房, 該房間兩張雙人床均是軟床 但愉快的家族旅遊心情已被影響
