We arrived at the property address listed on Expedia. There was no one there to answer the door and there is no contact number available on the website or Expedia to contact them. We pressed all the buzzers on the door and someone let us through into the hallway. We found the room we were supposed to be saying and knocked in the door. A confused women opened the door and explained they are staying in the room until December so we had been double booked. We showed our booking and she confirmed that it was the same room from the photos. Please don’t book this place they don’t communicate with you and there is no way to contact them.

Fantastic large 2 bedroom apartment in great locat

The apartment was fantastic. The price, location and size were above expectations. The beds were very comfortable with good linen, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot water instant. The bathroom was quite new. Being near Santa Croce was fantastic with good restaurants and bars very close. The apartment is on a quiet street on the first floor. No lift but just one flight of stairs. There are 2 huge bedrooms, large lounge room with smart tv. Good size kitchen. Full size fridge and strong wifi. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
