FALTA REVISÃO NOS CHUVEIROS, que são eletricos e testamos 3 e estavam com problema. Somente no 4o. e que estava funcionando. demais itens, tem interruptor para liberar energia do frigobar e tomada. Deveria ser informado com antecedencia. tambem teve queda sinal da internet. devera ter mais passagens para o quarto. tendo somente 2 entradas para o corredor dos quartos

Local excelente, bem cuidado e arborizado. Campinho de futebol, volei, piscina, sinuca, ping-pong. Cafe da manhã com várias opções servido em um salão aconchegante. Equipe de atendimento muito gentil, educada e cordial. Recomendo.

Sempre que posso vou no Palmier. Já fui algumas vezes. E dessa vez eles conseguiram agradar ainda mais....café da manhã, piscina, chuveiro, TV smart. Percebi uma crescente agradável. Parabéns Palmier, por manter e até aumentar a qualidade na entrega.

A estada foi ótima. O hotel é muito amplo, com uma ótima área de lazer. O quarto é grande e estava cheiroso e limpo quando entramos. Banheiro com amenidades e espaçoso. O café da manhã era farto, com bastante opções. Senti falta de mais tomadas no quarto.

Boa opção em Itaboraí

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei nesse hotel para experimentar e fiquei bastante satisfeito. Gostei do formato de chalezinhos com bastante área verde no entorno. Bom café da manhã e funcionários bastante atenciosos. Boa localização, bem próximo à rua principal (3-5 minutos de carro).

Foi incrível, como sempre. Amamos esse hotel e recomendamos à todos. Percebemos que passou por algumas reformas que deixaram ainda melhor. Única sugestão é trocar o chuveiro do quarto 31, que foi o que ficamos, pois a água vai pra todos os lados... ou seja, se não quiser molhar o cabelo (por exemplo), não vai conseguir.

Limpeza impecável, instalações bem cuidadas. Quarto de bom tamanho e banheiro com chuveiro elétrico e ótima pressão d’água. Atendimento mto cordial e tranquilidade do local foram essenciais. Café-da-manhã simples, porém com o necessário. Será minha escolha de estadia na cidade nas próximas vezes.

Um bom quarto de casal, tudo super limpo. Atendentes nota 10, o restante do hotel era tranquilo e confortável de se estar. Café da manhã perfeito, com ótimas variações de comidas e bebidas. Voltarei com certeza! (Sugestão) Só achei que a piscina é aberta muito tarde; para aqueles que acordam cedo, a piscina é um ótimo lugar de se estar e esperar até às 09h para utilizá-la é um tanto chato, poderia abrir mais cedo. Fora isso tudo maravilhoso.
