Charming B&B overflowing with personality, history, and interesting and beautiful furnishings and garden. Bertrand was wonderfully welcoming, and served a beautiful breakfast and coffee. Would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the village of LaBastide d'Armagnac, which was particularly beautiful in the late afternoon .

Wow the museum .

A wonderful, very historic, boutique hotel. We were following the Tour de France and chose this place more for location than anything. However, upon arrival we realized that the hotel is a treasure and we should have stayed for 2 or 3 days. Wonderful host, great breakfast, excellent location.

Unexpectedly decadent

A wonderful place to stay. Rooms were amazing, with an eclectic mix of decor and ornaments. Breakfast was plentiful with a range of options. Hugely knowledgeable and interesting host, who gave great advice. Great place to stay. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

This boutique B&B looked fabulous but was not practical at all. We wondered if we had upset the host as he was not friendly on arrival but next morning seemed to warm to us. The bedroom doors do not lock, the internet did not work, there was 1 plug socket in room, curtain pole fell down when trying to close curtains, husband did not fit under the shower. The town is beautiful but I think hotels.com should make it known that the hotel does not offer dinner & out of season it is slim pickings in the town, if you arrived after 9 then you would go hungry!

Tout est parfait dans cette maison d'hôte. Cela commence par l'accueil bienveillant, la possibilité de dîner sur place avec un repas entièrement fait maison qui permet de découvrir avec talent la qualité de la cuisine locale. Et les chambres qui sont superbement décorées. Les lits sont confortables et le plus dur est de se décider à sortir de son lit. Je viens d'y passer 6 jours, 5 nuits et je me suis senti bien pendant tout ce séjour où je ne suis pratiquement pas sorti de cette maison et de son jardin, lieu idéal pour se détendre en lisant. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Et tout est très propre. J'y retournerai avec plaisir prochainement

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit à la Villa des Remparts, située au cœur de La Bastide d’Armagnac. Les échanges avec Bertrand, le propriétaire, ont été particulièrement agréables : communication fluide, disponibilité, gentillesse et sens de l’accueil. On se sent attendu et réellement bienvenu, ce qui fait toute la différence. La villa est superbe, avec une décoration atypique et pleine de caractère. Chaque détail semble soigneusement pensé, mêlant charme, authenticité et confort. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et dépaysante, tout en restant élégante. La propreté est irréprochable et le cadre exceptionnel ajoute une vraie valeur à l’expérience. C’est un lieu unique, idéal pour une parenthèse hors du temps. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L’accueil de Bertrand a été très chaleureux. Le lieu est vraiment atypique et très agréable. On sent qu’il a mis dans sa maison d’hôtes toute sa passion et son plaisir de recevoir. Le dîner était délicieux et de plus fait maison. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il était parfait et ce, d’autant plus que Bertrand nous a fait le plaisir de nous jouer un air de musique au piano. De quoi commencer parfaitement la journée. Merci pour vraiment de nous avoir rendu cette étape inoubliable.
