It’s cheap and the location is pretty decent. If you expect high comfort and luxury, it’s not the right place, but if you just want a normal studio apartment and a nice host, it’s absolutely acceptable.

Stayed for 2nights. The room was not cleaned properly before arrival. Hair found in the shower booth and as well in the blanket. Room was not made daily where it is stated as it should be. Owner freely entered the room while i went outside without any pre-notification or agreement. No toilet paper and no hot water provided on 2nd night so i had to shower with cold water in the winter time which was horrible. Overall, i would never recommend to stay at this room!!!

Très bon séjour bus à côté centre ville pas trop loin . Hôtel appartement dans l’ensemble assez correct manque juste un peux plus de vaisselle et d’un étendoir Dommage très peux d’eau chaude juste le soir pour 2 personnes

Logement du dernier étage, très agréable avec balcon mais les services minimums doivent être réclamés comme vider les poubelles, changement des essuis. Aucun nettoyage sur 6jours. Wifi : connectivité hasardeuse connue du proprio qui tente de rétablir le reseau. Résultat Wi-Fi pendant une heure ou deux ou rien. Mais descendre 4étages pour réclamer le service minimum c est pas trop agréable. Quartier calme : en retrait de la circulation, assez proche des transports MAIS les proprios utilisent leurs cordes vocales normalement lorsqu'ils parlent dans les escaliers à une heure ou deux du matin cela raisonne dans la cage d escaliers et les portes sont claquees sans délicatesse. Dernier point et pas des moindres, l installation du point lumineux dans les sanitaires ne respecte pas les normes de sécurité dans le sens où il est situé à l endroit où le pommeau de la douche fait aller l eau. Heureusement qu il y a un rideau de douche en plastique.Mais c est clairement dangereux.Il y a quelques marches pour aller dans les sanitaires, eviter de glisser dessus. Machine à lessiver dans la cuisine sous le plan de travail, de laquelle on a retiré le cache supérieur pour qu elle puisse entrer sous le plan de travail...Mais la machine depasse du plan de travail... resultat inconnu mais, que se passerait il si de l eau ou des gouttes d eau venaient à s introduire dans ce compartiment? Les tavernes de la ville proposent de formules qui ne donnent pas envie de cuisiner par soi même et tant mieux.

Llegamos con el bus número 8 desde el aeropuerto de Heraklion. La dirección es Chalkidonos 19, ya que no lo pone. El estudio estaba en un segundo piso sin ascensor pero sin problemas. Estaba limpio y bien equipado. Aire acondicionado, nevera, cocina, sábanas y toallas. No era muy grande pero suficiente para un par de días. No hay recepción y has de avisar primero a que hora llegarás. Mandé un e-mail y un mensaje privado por la app de hoteles.com y no me contestaron. Finalmente llamé por teléfono. El checkin fue muy rápido porque la chica (hija del dueño nos dijo) no hablaba demasiado inglés y sólo nos dio la llave. No nos explicó nada y el último día no sabíamos a que hora era el check-out ni si nos había cobrado. Llamamos por teléfono y vino a cobrarnos en efectivo. Mal organizado. Nos quedamos sin efectivo pero no nos íbamos a ir sin pagar. En la reserva ponía que el hotel lo cobraría automáticamente de la TC. Buena voluntad pero aún está un poco verde el negocio. Creo que no volvería pero sí lo recomiendo para bajos presupuestos si se tiene en cuenta esto. Saludos
