The hotel was perfect for us in a convenient location to be able to walk to the river in a few minutes. The hotel sfatt were friendly, and before our stay they looked after our luggage so that we could return the car to the airport and we explored Chicago on foot, The porter was excellent. The hotel is multiple Hiltons in 1 building and we stayed with Grand Vacations which meant we were on the 22nd floor. View was amazing. The room was big, modern, clean and comfortable with a large lounge area. As we were sightseeing all day it was lovely to return to this room at the end of the day. would highly recommend.

Housekeeping is only offered every other day and that’s not clear when booking. This was a family trip which meant a lot of people and a lot of trash. I would not have booked if I knew this.

Worst part for the kids was the pool was not open when it should have been, on the site when we booked it said pool opened in early May. We were there first week June and it was empty. They never cleaned the room while we were there even when we asked.

Anniversary getaway

We had a great weekend and the hotel was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The only complaint I have is the attendant out front was very rude, but all the other employees were very friendly.
