Após retornarmos a noite ao quarto, encontramos várias batatas pequenas, em diversos lugares. Minha filha entrou em crise de choro devido ao medo que ela tem, enfim, foi uma situação chata e desconfortável para ambas as partes. Mas graças a Deus, a funcionária que nos atendeu foi extremamente compreensiva, educada, e nos colocou em outra suíte bem melhor. Infelizmente tivemos essa experiência inicial ruim, mas por ter sido tudo resolvido de forma rápida e eficiente, eu dou esse problema por superado. Só não dou nota máxima por que descobri que tinha que pagar pelo estacionamento fora a parte, e de forma antecipada. O acesso se dá por um elevador onde a pessoa sai no subsolo literalmente no meio do lixo do hotel. Sem exagero nenhum, a pessoa sai do elevador e se depara com uma pilha de sacos de lixo, com um cheiro forte. Fora que o restante do estacionamento é sujo, desorganizado e com um tipo de esgoto aberto. Enfim, sei que falei muita coisa ruim, mas a hospedagem em si, a noite de sono, o conforto das camas, e demais aspectos do quarto foram impecáveis.

A pior experiência com hotel que eu ja tive. Avisei que iamos chegar por volta de meia noite. Chegamos lá ficamos um tempão esperando fazer o cadastro de outra família, pra no final fala pra eles e pra nós q não tinha mais quarto disponível, isso por vilts de uma da manhã, e nos encaminhar pra um hotel inferior. Uma vergonha, tivemos que sair de madrugada com uma criança de 3 anos pra outro hotel a 9 km, num lugar com varios andarilhos e noiados.
