I stayed here on a business trip, and chose this hotel because it had high ratings. I actually stayed there and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to the subway station, so it's easy to get to. My hotel room was a single room, but I was very satisfied with it. The bed, desk, and shower room were comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided. Breakfast was free, but it was so luxurious that I couldn't believe it was free. The hotel staff were all kind and the service was excellent. The price was also very satisfactory for the service. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Italy. Thank you for your kindness during my stay at the hotel!!

The hotel was ok for a city centre hotel, service wise wasn’t anything to write home about, the reception desk lady was always on her head phones and refused to open the bar despite it saying it’s a 24 hour bar ams this was at 730 in the evening and on check out 15 minutes before we were due to leave we were being harassed on the phone to leave, the place is also in need of an update, carpets in the landing area are way past there best.

God service og bedre morgenmad end forventet. Hotellet er dog meget lydt, altså helt vildt lydt - både til gaden og inde på hotellet. Der reklameres med lydisolerede værelser, det er de i hvert fald ikke. Vi kunne høre brug af toiletter og stik kontakter fra de andre værelser, samt meget lyd mellem værelser og gang. Værelserne luftede også spøjst - noget meget krads rengøringsmiddel

Godt hotel meget tæt på metro hvilket gør det ideelt til at komme omkring i Milano. Lækker morgenmad med god kaffe og venligt om imødekommende personale. Værelset pænt, rent og enkelt men mere er der heller ikke behov for - God seng.
