Quarto com acessibilidade confortável. Só a entrada é um pouco complicada para cadeira de rodas. Cama confortável, quarto silencioso e com ótimo espaço. Banheiro bem equipado para quem tem limitação de movimentos. Café da manhã com boas opções. O staff variou de muito simpático e antipático. No primeiro dia, o atendimento do café da manhã foi pouco cuidadoso. Véspera de Natal, todos pareciam com muita vontade de sair o mais rápido possível dali. No segundo, foi extremamente carinhoso e atento. A equipe do segundo dia merece todos os elogios. Na recepção, pouca interação e pouca ajuda com elevadores e cadeira de rodas. O maior problema foi o sistema de recepção de carro e garage. Apenas uma pessoa ofereceu ajuda no embarque e desembarque. No demais, minha mulher teve que cuidar das malas e da cadeira sozinha. Quanto a localização, vale muito a estada. Você está perto do Metrô.

Tivemos problemas no check-in, chegamos as 10:30 e como o check-in estava previsto para as 14h, fizemos a ficha, deixamos a bagagem e saimos; quando voltamos por volta de 15:30 a recepção informou que o quarto ainda não estava disponível, um desrespeito total uma vez que tínhamos um show com horário programado, depois de reclamar, liberaram o quarto já quase 16h.
