Good location but not a great flat

Good location but the apartment itself is not as nice looking as the pictures. It wasn't really cleaned properly and when we arrived there was no power. The building manager came within around 45 mins and fixed it but that wasn't great. The smoke alarm battery was low and it was constantly beeping - this should have been changed before we arrived. The location can't be beaten as it's super close to everything you want to see but the streets below are pretty loud (especially on a Fri and Sat night) so do bring ear plugs if you stay here.
