We simply loved it. Nice and clean apartment, really nice decor, spacious and easily accessible, walking distance to a Metro station, shops, bars and restaurants in easy reach. We had absolutely amazing time, check in was super easy and we were given all the instructions in advance, the host was approachable and always quick to respond (not that we had any issues). The restaurant across the street stays open until late so a must go to, we didn’t really use the Metro much because we could walk to the central and we explored lots of restaurants on the way. All together, a very happy stay and amazing holidays. Thanks to Athenians’ lovely hospitality.

Communication well in advance of our stay was excellent, thanks to the diligence of the apartment Manager, Yiannis. The apartment is either brand new, or in excellent condition. It is spacious, bright, and well appointed. The location is also very convenient. We bought a Big Bus (similar to Hop on Hop off) ticket and found that stop 10 was walking distance to the apartment. This made it very convenient to get to and from all the major sight seeing attractions. If I return to Athens I will definitely stay at Pinacota Suites. I highly recommend it.

The suite was very clean and spacious. Check-in was easy. Yannis was nice to let me check-in earlier. The building was quiet. The seemed ok. I felt safe walking. Took me about 30 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and Plaka.

Excelente decisión

Los apartamentos son comodísimos, ubicados en una de las principales avenidas de atenas, cerca de todo pero no en medio del caos turístico del centro histórico, están muy cerca de dos zonas "soho" en las que se puede comer de maravilla y cerca de líneas de metro, bus, si decides alquilar una moto (yo lo recomiendo) justo debajo del apartamento hay una gasolinera. Las ventanas del apartamento son nuevas y aislan el sonido perfectamente. El piso además de ser de diseño, tiene de todo, hasta impresora con papel, elementos de oficina como grapadora, Wifi que funciona maravillosamente bien. Un 10 en todo, mucho mejor que cualquier hotel o airbnb.

My husband and I were in Athens for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our time! Our apartment was beautiful and quaint and so clean! Yiannis was so attentive and communicative during our stay, he almost felt like family checking in! Lol would recommend this place again and again!

Ho prenotato qui per cinque notti, dopo avel letto buone recensioni, scritte da gente con poca esperienza di viaggi. È economico, è abbastanza tranquillo e pulito. A circa 1 km dalla metropolitana e vicino ad una fermata dell'autobus. Nel piano interrato ci sono lavatrice ed asciugatrice ed anche una piccola palestra. Ha un ingresso comune digitale dal portone, dietro un distrubutore di benzina in una periferia abbastanza disastrata a circa 3 km dal cuore monumentale della città, ma vicino al bellissimo museo nazionale. C'è un piano cottura, ma non c'è un tavolino dove fare neppure una colazione, e le pulizie le fanno prima del check in e quando partite: durante il vostro soggiorno ci dovete pensare voi. Asciugamani ve li lavate voi, pulite voi, idem per la spazzatura e per shampoo e pulizia personale, che durano massimo due giorni. Il portone del mini appartamento ha talmente gioco che si vede la luce delle scale, e quando entra qualcuno dalla camera si sente tutto. Dovrebbe essere insonorizzato meglio. Il personale non c'è, ma è cordiale e sempre disponibile via whatsapp. Chiamateli miniappartamenti, non suites. Le suites sono in un albergo e hanno questi servizi di base. Se li così avrei prenotato altrove...
