My mistake obviously, but I didn’t realize the entire outdoor pool was under construction :/ therefore paying resort amenities seemed in vain. (There was another hotel two buildings down that offered their pool, but with the hassle of getting wrist bands via front door , which just made it not as easy and annoying. “Hampton “ staff member) had to be the nicest person on earth and very helpful and kind.

The room was nice and spacious. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Kitchenette came in very handy. My only surprise was having to pay an extra $25 a day for a "resort fee" that they don't tell you on the website. Not a big deal but definitely surprised. Overall a nice place to stay

The Cove hotel was clean & staff were always friendly. One issue - We were not notified that the pool was ripped out and under construction until October 2026. I happened upon a recent review to find out this information. Fortunately, after calling, the hotel right next door (Plantation Island) are letting guests from The Cove use their pools at no charge! They have 2 large pools (1 heated), 3 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. The Cove responded quickly to any requests I had and offered express check out through text. The rooms are nicely updated with great ocean views. We willl definitely stay here again once the pool is completed.
