Excellent Miami Southbeach resort. Great location, rooms and amenities. In-house Dining options could be better but there’s plenty of great choices nearby. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay and the room was very nice. Expected more of a food prep area but only a microwave with not even a spoon or a dish. $85 a day is extortionate especially when you arrive at hotel at 23.30pm and have to pay for a whole day!

Most comfortable bed ever! Staff is so friendly & accommodating. Best pool / beach experience in South Beach! Decor is beautiful. Ubers wait outside so we never had to wait over 2 mins for a ride. Checks all the boxes.

First night was horrendous. They gave us a room and it looked like the sheets had a bunch of hair on it. After some time they upgraded our room and it was fine after that.

Amazing hotel and staff! Clean, relaxing, luxurious and beautiful. The only comment is that you can hear some of the noise from the street and the food at the beach can be better. But great experience overall. Will be back!

Great location, amazing and hospitable staff, excellent amenities i.e. gym, workout activities/options, pools, live entertainment, restaurants, etc. My only critique is for there to be a little more vegetarian options available. The options were slim pickings (if you’re a vegetarian you’ll need to get creative). Other than that the property gets an A-1 rating from me. I had a great time and would make choosing The W my default selection anytime it’s available when I travel.

We LOVED our stay! Our studio with ocean view & balcony was just perfect. The service was AMAZING, the location very convenient ( we’re very active & were able to walk or bike everywhere), close to fabulous dining options and also quiet (no construction noise which is quite rare right now in South Beach). We highly recommend this hotel! The only thing we didn’t love was the bar food around the pool. So no need to waste any money there! There are plenty of other wonderful lunch options in South Beach.
