A bit disappointed

Rooms on the first floor was strong stink of Cigarette and Drinks. Floor carpet looked dirty. The place needs to improvement in the upkeep. Entrance wooden walls left and right looked all worn out.

WiFi sucked and the food wasn’t that great except for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious but I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner here. Other than that. The rooms were nice and clean, and staff was very friendly and polite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The hotel impressed me with its impeccable service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Whether it was the seamless check-in process, prompt room service, or their helpful recommendations, they truly made me feel like a valued guest. Another highlight of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes that catered to all palates. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options to start the day right. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Horrible experience!! Missed hospitality this time from your chain of branches. Food taste was not up to mark, when ever some one walk in Food Café (BF) employee ask for Room number four to five times don't know what they verify, During mid night they do DRILL at 2.AM (Fire drill), I was doing walk after dinner in Hotel corridor however some one from back ground they shut light...over all experience was not good at all. i paid 40K. Bad experience. (1/5)

My experience at this hotel was very nice. Nothing overly special about the experience or the amenities. The waiter, Sievie was exceptional at his job and provided amazing service throughout my stay. If I had to stay in that area again I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was safe and comfortable. The food was good. The staff was very attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they need updated. The lamps were broken, fabric worn, curtains with tears, the shade in the shower broke. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and comforter were clean and good quality. I would stay again.
