Staff were polite and chatty. Excellent location if you are driving and need a place wasy to reach outside city center. Rooms are basic - this not a luxury hotel but cleanliness was excellent. Exactly what I needed. Dining and brrakfast was excellent better than more expensove hotels. I would recommend.

It is a good place specially if you are travelling through the city and not staying for long. It is located outside the city center, and it’s rather inconvenient if you don’t have a car or can’t get a taxi. The hotel is modern, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The internet is fast, and their breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but I would recommend them for sure.

Disappointed versus hoteldescription on Hotels.com

Somewhat surprise and disappointed upon discovering the hotel versus the Description and photos on hotels.com. Parking space are very limited, has to park outside on the street, as mentioned after the reservation. Commercial centrer is not nearby as described, need to go by car, hotel is more like a B&b hotel and located on a gaz station space ! which can generate noise Breakfast was good and enough, staff was very helpful and nice.

We were so disappointed with this hotel.  There are many errors in the hotel description on Expedia.  The property overview begins by saying this is a family-friendly hotel connected to a shopping center. That's misleading. The hotel is located in an industrial zone that's a 20 minute unpleasant walk to the local mall. The property amenities page says they have a kids club, game room and playground, none of which were actually present at the hotel. We reserved a standard quadruple room with 4 single beds. The room description says soundproofed rooms and Tempur-Pedic beds, neither of which were true. The walls were so paper thin we could hear everything, and while the  mattresses were comfortable, they were not Tempur-Pedic. The bathroom design was horrible. The shower is open to the room, separated only by blinds. There is a mirror located across from the shower which allows family members to still see you get in and out of the shower. When you have teenagers this can be really uncomfortable. The room was clearly not designed for 4 beds so we had no floor space except for a narrow walkway at the foot of the beds and a little space by the desk that was so small we couldn't even open a suitcase without it being in the way. The positive points were that it was clean, the staff multilingual, the design modern, and the breakfast buffet very good.  But we still feel like it was such a disappointment due to the inaccurate property description, small room and horrible bathroom.

Well priced. Despite the hotel being in an industrial estate type location, it is a great place to stay as easy to get into Pamplona on the bus. There is a big shopping mall 10 mins walk away with a food hall.

Budget hotel punching above its weight!

Friendly welcome with maps and advice voluntary given about how to get into town and location of taxis. Very clean with funky decor. Overall excellent
