Our Studio was located in the first floor (ground level) with a lovely back porch/terrace, spacious bathroom and a nice kitchen with all appliances. Ideal for a couple! The room has lots of stylish touches, equipped with Netflix and your own WiFi router inside the room. Place was super clean when we got there. The location is really convenient as it is only 2 blocks from the famous 5ta Avenida (the hot commercial area where all the restaurants, shopping malls and clubs are). Still is far enough to avoid any hassle or extreme noise from the area. Parking: the condo has parking spaces in the lawn patch in front of it, we were lucky to always find a spot empty when we got there! There’s a nice and clean pool in the rooftop, with several chairs and recliners and an amazing sunset view. It was usually empty which we loved! :) Beto was super quick to give us all the detailed information on how to get in and the house rules and communication was as smooth as can be. We loved our stylish Studio and will definitely book again when we come back!

When we arrived in the room there was a big black bug under the bed which Mari got rid of with a broom. She also gave us a bottle of Raid to get rid of the ants on the wall behind our bed and in the kitchen. The room was a reasonable size with a balcony. We were in Room 7 in the back of the building and there were dogs constantly barking day and night. There were 2 washers and dryers. One of the dryers was not working so it was hard to be able to do laundry as Mari has to wash the sheets and towels of every person leaving the building. Mari was very helpful and did her best to see that everything was OK. The hotel was well situated close to Groceries, Restaurants and 5th Avenue by foot.

No sleep hotel!!!!

Place was clean but constant sewer smell throughout building (including rooftop pool area) was bothersome! Be prepared for nonstop barking dogs! Sitting on our balcony was anything but peaceful with neighbouring dogs and constant campfire smoke! This was not one or two dogs, this was a multitude barking all night long! As a vacation is for a rest and relaxation, I don t think you should have to bring earplugs! Luis was great to communicate with!

Beautiful…off the beaten path

I loved this condo! It is truly beautiful. Nice finishes and amenities. A (Though, yes, a bit dark and the showerhead left a bit to be desired). Building felt safe and secure. The location is quite a bit beyond the tourist area. Nothing happened and all was fine. But, it feels a little desolate after a late night walk home. Taxiing to and fro shouldn’t be an issue though, so consider that if concerned.

A nice apartment suitable for a couple. Good amenities in the apartment and very nice with the roof top terrace and pool. All super well managed. The area is nice with a more local vibe to it.

I rented the large studio facing the road, very spacious and clean. My biggest concern is the neighbor hood was very loud. Vendors constantly biking down the street honking a bike horn, or ringing bells. Also, dogs constantly barking. The pool started out clear, but after several days, I wouldn’t use it.
