Book here if you want a modern, clean "western" style hotel that punches above it's weight. Insane value. Clean rooms, and lots of amenities with a nice public bath on the top floor. Very polite and helpful staff with an organist who plays in the lobby during midday. High quality breakfast. Afternoon snacks and a small evening meal (9:30pm) are included. The construction is very new and well maintained. Would recommend, even the more basic accomodations I selected were better than I expected.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to everyone at the breakfast venue. All of the staff members were incredibly kind and professional. I was particularly impressed by how thoughtfully they explained the dishes, offered drink recommendations, and ensured that everything was well stocked throughout the service. What surprised me the most was the music in the lounge. At first, I assumed it was simply background music coming from speakers, but then I noticed that there was actually a pianist performing live at the entrance. It was a wonderful surprise and a truly memorable experience. The way music and hospitality were naturally combined perfectly reflected the hotel's concept and created a unique experience that I believe can only be found at Hotel Grand Bach Sendai. Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality.
