Gorgeous property. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the bathroom was simply stunning. Loved all the marble, the walk in shower and the deep, stand alone tub. We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were leaving for a few hours or they had just gotten back. There was no reason for them to be so loud for 45+ mins each time enter or exiting at that hour and disturbing others. There should have been someone there to handle extra rowdy guests. We asked for a note to be left and no one discussed this with us upon departure given there were other guest in the area while checking out I did not want to bring it up.

I loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that when you run the AC or heater it’s super noisy. However, it’s walkable to the outlets and a few bars downtown. I’ll definitely recommend them!
