Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
checking inn was a nightmair i am d.a.v. with 100/ disability when going over the rules and regsulations im going in panic mode the clerk then informs me that i have 15 min. to cancel or keep my resv..i was informed by clerk its best for me to cancel the clock was ticking cancel the resv.im going into crisic mode politly told the clerk im leaving ??????

The hotel was very outdated. The A/C did not work. The lights on the elevator did not work so you could not tell where you were, at times I would press a floor and the elevator did not move. The security people were rude.
