Very clean room, but unfortunately we had a very noisy neighbour. And the bed and pillows where rock hard. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful views and surround.

Warm, clean, comfy beds, hot bath/shower with good pressure. Lovely outlook onto cove. Room 16 needs broken hair dryer replaced though. Must wash own dishes to avoid $30 charge, but this makes me wonder how clean the dishes are. Rates were reasonable compared to other places in George Town.

Overall, it was good. Just found the rooms to be very dark. It had 2-in1 blinds, the daylight blinds, in the shaded locatiin made the room very dark. If you opened them, yiu had no privacy from other guests. The light shade over the kitchenette table is too low. My husband is only 6ft and he was hutting his head on it. Not a suutable choiceof light fitting.
