The hotel is very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and also has a great breakfast. The hotel is located in a very centric location and close to metro and trains stations. The surroundings feel quite safe.

Bed was comfortable, hotel is clean, some tiles on the stairs has loose tile, an easy fix they shoul be fix because the tiles are beautiful, the hotel need some cosmetic fix but over all the location is great near to metro station train. Ambience is nice great places tibeat walkable distance

We stayed only one night because of its proximity to Atocha train station. Basic hotel, rooms old but clean and beds comfortable, A/C was noisy and didn't cool well enough. Breakfast also basic. Staff nice.
