We liked the hotel staff and the breakfast at Pierre Loti. The location was excellent as it was centrally located with every main attraction within walking distance. The shower and toilet and wash basin where set in separate arrangement which we did not prefer but thats our preference.

Room is small. Shower and bathroom have “plastic walls”, doors don’t lock. There is no ventilation In the bathroom. Room has smell when window is closed.

Great boutique hotel in amazing location. Staff were so helpful and kind, we loved Yousuf, the housekeeping and reception staff, they were always happy to help. Room was a bit snug for 3 people but very manageable. My only qualm was the pillow was a bit high and hard but I should’ve asked reception to change it. Breakfast was lovely and I would definitely recommend it to others. Spa was a bit pricey compared to other places and the roof top views were amazing, although they don’t serve shisha upstairs.

Overall a good experience, however the bar at their rood restaurant had a lot of noise at night aswell as the tram noise was a disturbance . But rooms were clean and well kept

Nice stay

Hotel is conveniently located in the old town and within walking distance to public transport to go further afield. The reception staff were very informative and assisted with your bookings. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant which was a plus. The elevator needs some upgrades and is slow. It often would go in the opposite direction.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of old city

This is a wonderful hotel with outstanding staff and excellent location. Bahia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace and Basilica cisterna within 15 minutes walk. Front desk managers Aziz and Ahmed and their staff were extra helpful. Highly recommended.
