Front desk clerks were very helpful. The breakfast was good and had many options. The breakfast staff were really nice and helpful. They replaced food whenever it was low. The housekeeping lady was very nice and quick in providing me toiletries that I needed. Part of the hotel was being renovated, and our room was somewhat outdated. The toilet was very small and shower area was really narrow. The bed and blankets were not comfortable. The airport shuttle was great. It is a 15 mins walk to the metro and the shopping center with many dining options.

櫃台人員素質不錯服務很好，看到客人都會主動打招呼問好，早餐蠻豐盛，不過廚房通風設備有點弱，外頭都聞得到裡面的料理，會不定時更換菜色，隔壁的超市已經沒開了，需要更新照片，房間的設備需要再加強更新哦，衛生間的抽風設備需要更新，洗完澡會煙霧瀰漫，房間隔音不是很好，門縫都會聽到隔壁跟對面談話聲音，結論是櫃檯人員服務態度非常好有備受禮遇
