Staff did not know what they were doing ended up getting keys to someone's already assigned room and walking in on someone coming out of the shower while the other was naked on the bed was not on that trips checklist of things I wanted to see

The beds were terrible, very soft, no support and obviously needed changing. Did not allow for a good nights sleep. Hotel receptionist was scruffy in appearance and unfriendly. Hotel overall was absolutely fine, just need new beds and a smarter receptionist!

Some amenities were disappointing

The room was clean and comfortable, however the hot tub and pool were out of order. Also this hotel only has streaming Roku TV, so if you want local news or live sporting event you cannot watch it here. Which was very disappointing.

We had booked this hotel but apparently the week before they had a fire and did not notify Expedia customers that it was closed. Poor customer relations. We arrived late at night and were discouraged. Expedia did find us another place at no extra charge but was discouraging. Did give a funny story to tell to our families after we had a good nights sleep in the new hotel.

We booked and paid for 2 rooms only to be told upon arrival that they only had vacancy for 1 room. Our party for the other room had to find accommodations at another hotel. When we went up to our room it was unmade. There was no TV and the room was dirty. We were moved to another room that smelled like smoke but we had to take it as there were no other rooms available.

The staff and facility were great! Easy check in, room was clean, everything worked great. The pool and hot tub were clean and accessible. The breakfast area and food were very clean and the food was good. The only issue is that the washers and dryers weren’t working.

Stayed for a short shopping trip and the price of the room was good value! The hot breakfast was good with sufficient quantities. Comfortable beds & soft pillows! Check in and check out was good. The only issue was slow drains in sink and tub, but I advised them so I'm sure it will be remedied. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I felt the rooms could have been cleaned much better. Stains on the floor, walls, and curtains, one bed was clean but one was not. Pool was closed. They don’t offer much of anything for breakfast. I liked the location of the hotel though. Close to the mall and nice restaurants.
