Personal de recepción muy amable, me ayudaron mucho con el problema de comunicación ; ya que los coreanos NO hablan inglés y no se esfuerzan aún con el traductor del celular . No pude tomar taxi , ya que la dirección no estaba en coreano. Personal de recepción HABLÓ por mí y al fin me pude trasladar a mi otro destino

仁川空港からタクシーで15分くらい、目の前が海でレストランや散歩できる場所も多く、でも夜は静かな場所でした。部屋はオーシャンビューでベランダに椅子とテーブルがあり、ゆっくり景色を楽しめました。ホテルというよりリゾートマンションのようで、部屋にキッチン（巨大冷蔵庫、IH、電子レンジ）、ドラム型洗濯機までついてました。浴室はシャワーのみです。あと収納がびっくりするほど多い。マイナスポイント ①部屋にUSBコンセントがなく、またその貸し出しもなく、変換プラグをロビー自販機で購入する必要があった ②タクシーは自分で呼ばないといけない（フロントに人がいるときは、お願いしたら呼んでもらえました） ③ウォシュレットがない ④部屋のリモコンなどは全部ハングルなので翻訳アプリ必須

다 좋았고 무인운영되는곳이네요. 세탁기가 안에 있던데 전원이 안들어오더군요. 그것말곤 정말 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 아 이불이 조금 두꺼워서 살짝 더웠네요

乗り継ぎのため仁川空港に深夜着、午前便で日本へ向かう際に親子3名で利用しました。深夜のチェックアウトはレセプションに人がいないと知り不安でしたが、タッチパネルで問題なくチェックインできました。深夜着のせいか周りに開いているお店はありません。（空港のコンビニは開いていました）お部屋は清潔で快適で、窓から仁川大橋が見えてとてもきれいでした。到着日はタクシー利用、翌朝はシャトルバスで空港へ向かおうと思いましたが予約制とのことで利用できませんでした。レセプションでタクシーを呼んでもらい空港に向かいましたが、出発して数分後、レセプションの方が私のスマホの置き忘れに気づき、タクシーのドライバーに電話をしてくれて、ホテルに引き返しスマホを受け取ることができました。レセプションの方は日本語も英語も話せるとても優しい有能な方でした。大変お世話になり、助けていただきありがとうございました。
