I have stayed here several times. The night staff (the couple) are very nice and accommodating and helpful. They helped me book a room in the middle of the night after several failed attempts thru Expedia, and they not only matched the prices they gave us the room for a bit less. Saved my daughter and I from not having a place to stay for that night. I will definitely stay there again.

No place like Home (or the University Inn)

Always feels like at home st at the University Inn. Good improvements have been made over the over the last several months management /owners are making sure their customers are comfortable every night, conveniently located close to everything in Chico, reasonably priced

Nightmare

Disgusting old ruin. Cold water in shower. Dirty floors, water leaking on floor from fridge. No coffee , not enough parking and noisy as hell in night! All for 130 bucks! DUMP at best
